An exciting opportunity has risen for an enthusiastic and well-motivated individual to join our friendly, dynamic and dedicated administration team, within the Pain Management Service at York Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

You will be working 22.5 hours per week Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday from 8am - 4pm.

You will be responsible for contributing to an efficient and effective administration service within a very busy environment. High levels of organisation and ability to prioritise competing workloads is essential in this role. This would particularly suit applicants with experience of working in a hospital or health setting or any environment where a high volume of incoming calls and queries occur, and high customer service is a key priority. Experience of audio typing would be advantageous but training will be given.

The successful candidate will be effective in working closely with clinical and non-clinical staff and have a patient centred approach.
