We are looking to appoint a Compliance Auditor to manage internal compliance on a National basis. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a flexible, self-motivated and organised individual, who can apply creative problem solving techniques and demonstrate the ability to interpret a wide range of information. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines within an Auditing/ Quality Assurance setting.
The successful applicant will be responsible for implementing and auditing internal and external quality processes and for supporting/training operational systems throughout the organisation. These will include funding body contractual requirements, ISO and legislative areas.
Carry out internal system audits in accordance with funding body requirements
Ensure all data inconsistencies and guidance are dealt with to a National Standard
Produce written audit reports for managers and the Compliance Manager
Train and support the implementation and effective communication of internal and external procedures throughout the organisation.
Audits and Reports completed within correct timescales
Training Support Sessions delivered effectively (using various delivery methods)
Answer Compliance queries in correct timescale
Minimum requirements are:
Proven performance during past audits of own work
Good understanding of operational job roles within the organisation
Good understanding of policies/ procedures including: contractual, ISO and Health and Safety
In depth and proven understanding of auditing/quality assurance systems
Excellent working knowledge of e-Learning platforms
Educated to HND/Degree level or equivalent
IT Qualification Level 3 or above
Role Specific qualifications i.e. Quality, Audit
Salary & Benefits
Salary £21,000 - £26,000pa
Un-capped Bonus/Incentive schemes
35 Hours per week (flexible working)
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
