We have a new opportunity for an enthusiastic Crewing Officer, PART
TIME, FTC, in the Operations Control Centre (OCC), to play a key role
in maintaining operational stability by resolving crew shortages and
managing disruption. The role is responsible for managing the
re-assignment of Crew Members in a safe, legal, practical and cost
effective manner, adhering to company guidelines. You will maintain
adequate levels of standby coverage, considering the logistical costs
of positioning crew against operational integrity.

Acting as a champion for the Crewing department and demonstrating a
passion for customer experience, you will communicate changes in
rosters with empathy and sensitivity, responding to aircrew queries
and complaints in a sensitive and equitable manner making changes in a
systematic and rational manner. The design and development of rosters
should be robust and you will also ensure rosters are in line with
Internal Quality Assurance standards and Civil Aviation Authority

You will review the roster to balance the needs of internal and
external business partners, whilst ensuring the flexibility to make
changes as required and meet the constantly flexing demands of the
business. Working within the framework established by the Operations
Control Centre, you will be required to keep up to date with technical
expertise and general performance., To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and

Previous experience in an aviation related discipline

Previous Crewing experience required

Ideally AIMS experienced

Ability to deliver work under pressure and to quality standards and

The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a multifunctional
team and to prioritise workload

High degree of computer literacy, with experience of Microsoft Word,
Excel and PowerPoint applications

Excellent influencing and communication skills both written and spoken

Strong analytical and problem solving skills
