created this exciting new role for a strategic, high-calibre CRM
Strategy and Planning Manager to drive our customer contact strategy
across Europe. Your role is to implement appropriate direct marketing
initiatives to deliver against key business and commercial priorities.
Youll increase repeat purchase/loyalty and drive up- and cross- sell
revenue delivered by our CRM programme. Through customer data and
insights, youll personalise and optimise the end to end customer
experience. Stakeholder management is key as youll be working with
IT, external agencies and other appropriate stakeholders, supporting
the integration of customer data into other owned and earned channels
e.g. contact centre, website, mobile app, social media, on board
devices. It really is a great opportunity to drive personalised
communication to our customers., What were looking for:

* At least 7 years prior experience in a CRM or marketing role
within an international organisation

* Must have specific experience of driving ROI from database driven,
direct marketing programmes across multiple channels.

* Experience of implementing CRM programmes into large
organisations, including management of internal change & process

* Proven expertise in working with data and technology across both
Marketing and IT teams

* Experience of managing external agencies


* Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills at a
senior level

* A confident approach to agency management with the ability to lead
and inspire agency teams

* Articulate and passionate about database led marketing

* Highly numerate and comfortable working with results of numerical

* Strong organisational, project implementation & management skills

* Entrepreneurial spirit able to think outside the box to deliver
creative solutions to complex problems.

* Self-motivated with ability to work independently

* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a
fast-paced work environment
