significant transformation programme to deliver best in class HR
systems and processes that will underpin our business performance for
the future.


As a key member of our HR Service Centre, youll be the first point of
contact in HR for all easyJet people across Europe with the end goal
to build capability of individuals and people managers to operate the
HR processes and procedures effectively through a self-service portal.

Working in a high volume, fast paced environment, you will operate as
the subject matter expert on our HR systems and processes, dealing
with queries where possible and assigning all cases emailed into the
service centre to the relevant process team ensuring they are fit for
purpose and can be actioned. You will use your knowledge to provide
support to managers with queries on their employees whilst encouraging
self-serve tools where possible.

The service provided by the cases team is developing over the next 12
months and you will play a pivotal role in driving this forward to
create an employee self-service through a people portal. Part of your
role will also then involve analysing data to identify opportunities
for improvement, supporting the people portal project plan and working
with our other non UK based teams to better support their needs., So what are we looking for?

* Knowledge of HR processes and policies gained in either a service
centre or HR department

* Confidence, you will be the face of HR to most employees as well
as members of the wider HR team dealing with queries

* Youll need to be able to build relationships and credibility

* A problem solver, you will need to quickly assess the issue,
advise on the solution and be prepared to escalate where needed

* Analytical ability, you will need to look at data and make
recommendations for improvements

* Ability to work under pressure and multitask

* Additional language skills would be a great benefit
