Allianz's Corporate Events team are looking for an experienced events professional to join our team in Guildford. Working on launch parties, exhibitions, conferences, Broker events and Client entertainment you will work in a busy team of 6 and will work both independently as well as part of the wider team supporting each other as required. There will also be a requirement for some travel and occasional overnight stays away.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering good quality events, ideally in a corporate environment, using initiative, professionalism and creativity.
Skills & Experience
You will ideally be educated to degree level and have a qualification in event management
A committed work ethic with the ability to work under pressure and a strong desire to deliver excellent customer service.
Working with a ‘can do’ attitude is essential as you’ll be joining a team that prides itself on its teamwork and reputation for excellent service towards its customers.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Pro-active in managing own events and workload
Good relationship building skills
Previous experience of the Financial Services Industry would be beneficial
