The Trust is committed to providing high quality integrated health and social care for local people with mental health problems in South West London and more specialist mental health services for people throughout the UK.
The Facilities Maintenance Department is looking for highly motivated, reliable and enthusiastic individuals who work well under pressure to carry out planned preventative maintenance and day to day repairs within a Mental Hospital environment based at Springfield Hospital, Tooting, but covering all Trust premises.
The individuals will work as a member of a multi tasking maintenance team providing professional and technical expertise within an effective and efficient customer focused maintenance service to provide a fit for purpose estate and environment to all Trust owned, leased and rented properties.
The individuals will be conversant with all aspects of plumbing and fitting work and require City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualifications, a full and clean driving licence and evidence of an apprenticeship or continuing professional and personal development. Candidates will also be required to participate on the Maintenance emergency on-call rota.
