Our vacancy We are looking to recruit a band 6 Community Children's Nurse to join our new Wiltshire-wide CCN service.
We work with children and young people who have a life-limiting or life threatening condition, with a nursing need.
We are a Wiltshire wide service, however this post will predominantly cover the west Wiltshire area and have a base situated at Trowbridge Hospital. The service runs Monday-Friday, 9-5. You The essential qualities we are looking for in our Children's Community Nurse applicants are:
* RN / RCSN or RN (child)
* Knowledge of child protection procedures
* Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Comfortable working independently with excellent organisation skills
* Flexible approach to work
* Have access and use of own car with ability to work across different locations across the county.
* Experience of working in the community would be desirable.
* A range of clinical skills ( however training can be provided). The rewards
