Role synopsis
Global MI Design and Delivery Lead is a new role within Air BP’s Global SAP Deployment (GSD) team. It has been created with the purpose of delivering Air BP’s MI, Decision Support requirements, not just for those countries where GSD has been deployed, but incorporating the MI needs of a global business operating across a number of different ERP platforms and associated applications.

Following the deployment of GSD into Rhine, a key learning has been that the business has limited GSD MIDS and Performance Management expertise, against a background of new and complex processes and functionality introduced to the SAP template for and with the Rhine Fuels Business. Meaningful Management Information (MI) remains a serious gap especially for local airport profitability analysis and global aggregation and analysis at the customer/segment level; this role will close those gaps.

Lead the development of the end state vision, roadmap and business case for MI and Decision Support to underpin the performance management and business optimisation in Air BP working with the PUs, Functions and IT&S to gather requirements and agree standard data definitions considering both GSD and other ERP environments across Air globally

support the rollout and stabilisation of SAP BW and ISP MI (IMI) tools and reporting capability in deployed countries and provide assurance that the Air BP team is able to produce accurate MI that can be reconciled with the financial reporting
