To support the ES & CTC Business Partner in maximising interface with our key customer and to support the Business Unit Business Development effort.
Support the ES/CTC Business Partner (BP), interfacing with customer's commercial and end users to ensure Babcock is well positioned within this framework.
Provide opportunity information into the ES pipeline obtained during face to face meetings with customers/end users.
Provide customers/end users with support and guidance to enable them to use the ES contract efficiently.
To expand the user base of the ES contact into different areas.
To assist the ES CTC BP in producing key stakeholder mapping of customers and keep abreast of changes.
To identify different technology areas that ES could adopt within the ES contract.
To provide a report of issue’s identified by customers.
To identify service improvements suggestions based on feedback
Support ther ES/CTC BP in meeting with the CTC team regularly and at least once a week to identify joint issues and opportunities.
To liaise with other members of the Solutions team regularly and at least once a week to enable coordinated engagement with customers.
To support the ES/CTC BP in providing a weekly summary report of engagement.
To interrogate the TSF process and to chase down out of validity requests, especially those of higher value.
Technical Experience and Qualifications
Qualification in a relevant field to ONC / A-Level / Scottish Higher level or equivalent
Demonstrable experience in a customer-facing role and CRM
Excellent written, aural and oral communications skills.
Excellent PC skills including detailed knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Adobe, Visio
Ability to assimilate technical and operational information into clear, concise written reports.
Knowledge of key customer areas.
Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to build internal and external relationships at all levels
Ability to work to deadlines, with good time management skills
Experience in a business or account development/technical sales role
Experience of working in a related technical environment
Sound analytical and problem solving skills
Self-motivation and organisation
