Our Trust provides mental health, learning disability and children and family services across South Staffordshire, Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin. Specialist mother and baby, eating disorder and medium secure forensic mental health services care for patients from across the region and we have contracts across the country for IAPT, addiction and some health services in prisons as well as hosting a network for inpatient mental health care for serving military personnel.

PROJECT MANAGER - JOB ADVERT
Band 7 - 37.5 hrs/wk (18 months fixed term)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a fixed term post as Project Manager in the Foundation Trust's Service Development Team. You will work alongside Divisional Managers, Clinical Leads, Operational Teams as well as Executive and Clinical Directors, Programme Management Office, Commissioners and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for the delivery of SSSFT Service Development IT Projects.
The purpose of this role is to support the day-to-day management of the South Staffordshire and Shropshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Service Development Team Programme Plan and to assist with the development and implementation of a Mobile Voice Dictation and Voice to Text solution. The post operates in a technical environment and therefore requires a high capability for project planning, complex document production, research and project management competence
You will be a self-motivated team player, dedicated to supporting the provision of high quality services. You must possess strong organisational skills, be able to deliver objectives within an agreed timeframe, have excellent people and communication skills to maintain effective communication links and have a flexible approach to the evolving needs of the service. It is essential that you have previous NHS experience and knowledge of Service Developments.
