Based in Salford Quays, the Marks & Spencer HR Shared Services is the centre of expertise for HR Administration and Customer Service to managers, employees, candidates and external customers across the business. We are going through an exciting change programme and we need to recruit motivated and driven people with the right attitude and skills for the future. We have a variety of roles including administrators, team leaders and customer support advisors operating in a fast paced and challenging environment. If you have experience of delivering outstanding service and have an eye for detail it would be an advantage.
In return we offer a salary of circa 16,655 dependant on experience, with a competitive benefits including 20% discount on all M & S products, an opportunity to earn a bonus, free car parking, on site caf, company pension scheme plus ongoing training, all whilst working in a modern air conditioned environment.
Full time hours of work are 37.5.
