This role has two key accountabilities, providing executive support to
the CIO, and providing administrative support to the IT Leadership
Organisation of Internal Meetings
> 121s bi weekly with ITLT in the diary and manage changes
> Weekly Leadership Team Meeting producing an agenda, reading
material, inviting attendees, following up on meeting actions etc.
> Organising monthly ITLT Away Days, workshops and annual IT
> Scheduling meetings with other AMB member / chairman and board
members where necessary.
> Ensuring CIO is prepared and organised for all meetings with papers
and other relevant documents.
Organisation of External Meetings
> Complex diary management, which includes acting as a gatekeeper
and prioritising meetings.
> Liaising with suppliers and head-hunters.
> Organising travel arrangements flights, taxis, trains and hotels
(both European & worldwide).
> Meet and greet guests, and arrange refreshments.
> Submitting monthly expenses; collating receipts, get CIO to sign
off, send to Carolyn (CEO) for approval and send to expenses team for
> Purchase order management; raising POs etc
> Monthly All Hands meeting; book dates in advance, liaise with
facilities, build agenda and Powerpoint slides etc.
> Ensure all ITLT Movement in CIO Calendar on a weekly basis.
> Undertake and manage a broad range of ad hoc projects as required., We are looking for someone with the following experience.
> Previous experience providing administrative support to a senior
leadership team (a minimum of 3-5 years experience as an EA/PA is
> Relationship building is fundamental in this role, therefore the
ability to communicate with all directors, senior managers and staff
is fundamental to ensuring easyJet is represented professionally at
> Strong organisation and prioritisation skills with excellent
attention to detail
> A proactive approach with a keen willingness to learn and take
ownership of new tasks
> Strong working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
> Ability to manage stakeholders effectively
