Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust was formed in 2006 and became integrated with NHS Coventry in April 2011.
The Trust provides a full range of expanding physical, mental health and learning disability services to children, young adults, adults and older adults over many sites across Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull.
Services are provided to a population of over one million people living in Coventry and Warwickshire and also a wider geographical area in some of our specialist services, we see on average around 5,000 patients every day.

Job Title: Data Inputters for Coventry, North and South Warwickshire , Hereford and Worcester
Trust Scale/Grade: Band 2 15,100- 17,800 (pro rota )
Length and Type of Contract: Temporary contract Sept - Dec 2017
Hours per week: 37.5hrs each team
Base: At an offices across all 5 areas
The Immunisation Service provides school based immunisations in all primary and secondary schools across Coventry, Warwickshire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
The opportunity has arisen for motivated data inputters to provide support to each of our Immunisation & Vaccination teams across our busy nasal flu period.
Applicants will need to have good general IT skills, be competent with data inputting, demonstrate good communication and organisational skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
For the right candidate we will provide training needed to undertake this role. Shortlisting will be against the person specification, so only apply if you fulfil the criteria.
There will be substantial access to children's information so therefore a standard Disclosure and Barring check will be required.
