Are you an experienced project manager with experience in supporting transformation programmes? Could you help to ensure the successful delivery of the Kent and Medway Sustainability and Transformation Plan (STP)for Kent and Medway?
The NHS, social care and public health in Kent and Medway are working together to transform health and social care services to meet the changing needs of local people, through our Kent and Medway Sustainability and Transformation Plan (STP).
We are seeking a talented project support officer, with experience of involvement in the delivery of transformation programmes, and of supporting the planning and delivering of projects and services on time.
Key to this role will be your ability to form effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and your knowledge of local and national health and social care policy.

For Agenda for Change posts based within the Dartford, Gravesham & Swanley areas of Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust also receive an allowance of a 5% high cost area allowance on top of basic salary up to a maximum of 1,682. Please note that this element does not apply to bank positions.
