We're looking for a Visual Merchandising Manager to join us the Marketing team to work with part of our much-loved Foods business. This would be a great role for somebody within M & S who has exceptional project management skills, a deep understanding of retail and a creative eye.
Key accountabilities and measures:
� Develop strategic Visual presentation strategy with BU.
� Deliver Visual proposition including d�cor format, event zones, windows and VM partnering with brand and marketing managers to enhance the customer experience
� Deliver clear content to allow delivery of world class guidelines on time and in full
� Be the voice of the customer ensuring customer focused plans and executions across the Instore touch points
� Foster a strong relationship with the Content and Creative team, including third party suppliers to ensure brief designs are worked up through sampling/prototyping, cost management and rollout
� Develop the Instore visual merchandising and product handling brief to work with Content and Creative team and stylists (in the case of C & H) to design and deliver the VM creative for each season
� Lead the development of the briefs for new category in store schemes within a BU, and ensure delivery is in line with the overall brand strategy
� Be the instore expert within team ensuring awareness of key market trends, competitor analysis and fostering strong relationships with retail and international teams
� Strong understanding of retail and a passion for food
� Excellent project management skills
� Exceptional interpersonal, influencing and stakeholder management abilities
� Strong trend awareness, commerciality and global perspective
