An exciting and interesting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, dynamic, and highly motivated individual to develop their career working within the Rehab and Reablement team based at the Wembley Centre for Health and Care. Good communication skills, team working and experience in nutritional support and enteral feeding are essential.
Rehab and Reablement is a multidisciplinary team that provides short term rehabilitation and reablement within the borough of Brent to patients with Neurological and general physical rehabilitation needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a nutrition and dietetic service to the community and managing a caseload of varying diagnoses and complexity. This is a great opportunity to improve your experience within the field of rehabilitation through providing high quality, client-led, goal focused rehabilitation to patients.
The successful applicant will have an opportunity to progress their career through regular internal and external training. A framework of regular peer supervision, appraisal and in-service training is in place.
The Nutrition & Dietetics Department in Brent trains student dietitians and the successful candidate will play an active role in student training. We actively promote continuous professional & clinical development and the team participates in regular audit, research and peer support.
