What is the purpose of the job?

� To provide an effective and timely administrative support service to the Central Recruitment Team, to be responsible for the vacancy, system and contract administration throughout the full recruitment and selection process. To be a key point of contact for candidates applying to roles and to develop positive working relationships with key stakeholders
Key Accountabilities and Measures
� Meeting the business resourcing needs - Shape, improve and deliver the Resourcing Strategy for non volume recruitment
� Review the HRSS processes working with the stakeholders to deliver an efficient and high touch service to candidates
� Provision of Management Information
� Keeping abreast of external recruitment best practices
� Ensuring quality candidate shortlists are delivered through effective screening processes
� Supporting with the administration of projects, including creating and maintaining applicant tracking spreadsheets, mail merges, co-ordination of assessment centres, sourcing/booking venues, inviting applicants, confirming attendees and producing schedules for the day

Key skills/business skills required
� Knowledge of business and external recruitment industry policies and practices
� Knowledge of e-recruitment practices and developments
� Extensive knowledge of end to end recruitment life cycle and administration processes
� Knowledge of candidate sourcing and management methodology
� Demonstrable experience of working within a busy, fast-paced in-house or agency recruitment environment
� Strong Excel skills, with the ability to create and manage complex vacancy tracking or management information spreadsheets including formulas, data validations and conditional formatting
� Confident communication skills at all levels
