What is the purpose of the job?
� Full ownership of International business reporting
� Proactive analysis to drive improvements aligned to commercial priorities
� Analysis of data to provide business insight driving better decisions and action plans
� Scheduled trade reporting and process improvement
� Technical advice and support to International Planning Team
� Adhoc reporting and analysis providing commercial recommendations
� Sales and Stock Reporting for International Franchise, Joint Venture and Wholly Owned Businesses
� Central Fulfilment reporting across all Business Units
� Order and cancellation analysis across all Business Units
� Key stakeholder for system enhancements involving reporting
� Report and analyse sales and stock across all International markets
� Self-service reporting
� Liaise with Logistics to monitor stock flow across the network
� Monitor Fulfilment using SpotFire tool and MS Excel
� Support the commercial review process
� Maintenance and preparation of weekly publications covering C & H sales, ASP�s, GBB, Best Sellers, stock cover.
� Perform business-requested changes to reports when necessary.
� Provide Ad Hoc reports on current and historical information.
� Provide a link between International Central Planning and stakeholders
� Regular scheduled reporting to meet agreed deadlines - including both daily/weekly routines and key calendar milestone reporting (e.g.: quarterly, yearly)
Technical skills/business skills required
� Advanced Microsoft Office skills with a focus on MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
� Advanced Business Objects self-service reporting
� Process mapping using MS Visio
� Experienc with IRP Reporting and SAP preferable
� Keen understanding of statistics and data modelling
� Automation techniques to maximise team utilisation
� Understanding of data integrity and reporting requirements
