Job purpose
This is a great opportunity to work within Talent HR team.
Primarily you will be working with the L & D teams in Head Office and the HRSS Learning admin team supporting the delivery of the L & D training plan.
You will support the L & D Academy Managers and the Leadership Development team remotely by understanding their BU priorities and seeking ways to improve our ways of working with our colleagues in HRSS ensuring we are all working on making the process as efficient as possible.
You will work closely with the HRSS team ensuring that they fully understand the L & D priorities and help to resolve queries that arise from the L & D plans.
The role will require you to be responsible for key pieces of work such as the cyclical L & D planning timetable and ensuring deadlines are met so that learning is available to support the next quarter.
There will be a requirement to interpret the learning MI and use this to help shape future learning.
You will also be working with other functions within Talent such as Recruitment from time to time.
You may also get involved in key pieces of work on the HR plan such as reviewing our current Induction processes, making suggestions for improvements and delivering the changes.

Upon completion of your interim appointment our intention would be for you to return to your previous role, where this is not possible the job that you return to will be at least the same level as the one you left

Technical skills/business skills required
� Understanding / experience in L & D or HRSS learning admin environnment.
� Intermediate level in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
� Key stakeholder engagement experience.
� Proven experience in managing relationships across the wider business.
� HR systems knowledge prefereable.
