Integrated Care 24 is a 'not for profit' Gold Social Enterprise, committed to providing our patients and our commissioners with a variety of high quality health and care services. We currently provide services to around 6 million patients across a large geographical area. Like all health care providers we are registered with the Care Quality Commission.
We are seeking to recruit a number of NHS 111 Pathways Advisors (Call Handlers) to support our organisation who can help us make a real difference to patient care. The role will suit a caring person with a professional and courteous communication style. An eye for critical detail and accuracy with the ability to learn are also essential as you will train to become an accredited user of the NHS 111 Pathways telephone triage system.
You will ensure that patients receive the right care and support in the right place at the right time by giving advice and directing callers to the appropriate services for their needs. This is a role where every shift is varied and challenging but also rewarding.
In return we offer a competitive salary of between 17,500 and 22,300 pro rata per annum (please note when working part time hours, the above salary will be adjusted in proportion to the hours worked). For this post, we are looking to mainly recruit part time hours which cover evenings and weekends. The successful applicant must be willing to work a flexible 6 week shift pattern rota as our service covers 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Due to the nature of the position, successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure prior to commencement of employment, the disclosure expense will be met by Integrated Care 24.
