The CLCH Merton Community Nursing Service provides care across the borough through bases in Wimbledon, Mitcham, and Morden. Community healthcare is our focus and our passion. We champion the role of community health professionals to make sure our patients get great care closer to their home.
We have a number of flexible shift patterns, as well as day and night teams. You will be working in a mobile way across the borough delivering nursing services and holistic assessments. You will also be active in facilitating self-care for patients with long term conditions, health promotion, and using innovative activities/projects that will enhance the experience of your patients.
